House Speaker Paul Ryan Tries Shut Down Of Social Media Stream Of House Democrats Sit In House Speaker Paul Ryan used legislative rules that allow the House Speaker to control what the cameras on the chamber show to basically call for the shut down of the use of social media feeds by Democrats. The House of Representatives will resume at 2:30 in the morning but the Democrats sit in continues. Right now they are taking a procedural vote.
