Obviously, high traffic to the site was causing a problem. But, this vlogger decided to try the Bank Of America Paycheck Protection Program website again, after a 30 minute time-out, and the first evidence that it worked came quickly, and with a page welcoming me to fill out the online forms. In all, the process was smooth and efficient. That's good news to the many who need assistance and already are Bank of America customers. Which brings me to my next point. According to Shootonline.com, Bank of America has changed its policies such that one did not have to have a loan with the Bank before February 15, 2020 in order to be considered for the Paycheck Protection Program.
