ABC 7 Video Accidentally Reveals Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao Lie On Salary Package Prior To Increase Request In the memo released by Oakland City Administrator Justin Jenkins that asks for a $77,000 raise for Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, it shows a current salary of just $202,000, and doesn’t mention benefits. Well, in a strange news report, ABC 7 Television revealed accidentally that Sheng Thao made $357,000 with salary and benefits and well over what Transparent California revealed for Libby Schaaf for 2022. Then ABC 7 had a professor on to say Thao should get a raise! It also had Sheng Thao making $100,000 more than the Mayor Of San Jose, at $257,000, and a larger population than Oakland at almost 1 million as a City and County. This is another reason not to grant an increase for Sheng Thao. Stay tuned.
