Rockridge Safeway Meeting Agenda For Tuesday November 12, 2008

Berkeley Planning Student Looks At Oakland's General Plan - Text Here

A planning student at U.C. Berkeley wrote a 19 page paper about the Oakland General Plan and the Design Review Committee. I don't know who the student is, because they didn't put there name where it could be easily noted.
