An Oakland Homeless Man named “Mr. Norman” received an amazing makeover from Leon Brown and Van Lee, a preacher and a barber in East Oakland. The friends were looking for a homeless person to help and found 72-year-old Norman Walton, whom they call “Mr. Norman”. They have Mr. Norman $500, a bike, and a full makeover. This Oakland story came on here in Atlanta on Fox 5 News.
