The Big Bang Theory Finale Means No More San Diego Comic Con “The Big Bang Theory” on CBS has been a fixture at San Diego Comic Con since 2011. Now, because series star Jim Parsons just felt like he wanted to do something else, the show is coming to an end. It’s a sad day. And so much so that Kalee Cuoco reportedly broke down and cried during the CBS presentation at Upfronts. The Big Bang Theory and San Diego Comic Con have grown up with each other.
