Atlanta Law Allowing Bar Drink Delivery To Homes A Good Idea For California Atlanta Mayor Kesha Lance Bottoms announcer a law that allows Atlanta residents to order alcohol drinks and have them delivered to their homes. Announced on CBS Channel 46, the law can be and should be applied in San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles and San Diego, to name just some of the cities that should do this. So, if you live in San Francisco, you can order an Irish Coffee from The Balboa Cafe! The Balboa, at 3199 Fillmore, on Fillmore and Greenwhich, makes the best one in my view. Stay tuned.
