SpaceX Launches Historic Starfall Demo Mission! | Falcon 9 Liftoff Watch LIVE as SpaceX makes history with the debut flight of its revolutionary Starfall reentry capsule! Liftoff for the Starfall Demonstration Mission takes place from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Starfall is an uncrewed, disk-shaped cargo transportation vehicle designed to mass-produce and safely return orbital manufacturing payloads—such as advanced pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and optical fibers—back to Earth from low-Earth orbit (LEO). Measuring 10 feet across, this massive capsule can return up to 2,200 pounds of cargo per flight. This mission features a heavily flight-proven Falcon 9 first-stage booster making an incredible 29th flight!
