Oakland, San Diego, St. Louis In NYC For NFL Stadium Presentations - Video Oakland, San Diego, and St. Louis NFL Stadium Presentation Teams will be at NFL Headquarters tomorrow, Veterans Day, to make the case that each city has a stadium plan to keep their teams and not lose them to Los Angeles. The meetings will go from 12 noon to 6 PM and each team gets 45 min, including a Q and A from the 17 expected members of the NFL Ownership. The presentation groups are as different as the politics and time related to each city's effort. For Oakland, the presentation team consists of Mayor Libby Schaaf, Oakland Councilmember Larry Reid (District 7), and Larry Gallegoes from the City of Oakland's economic development team, as well as other staffers and consultants. This is Oakland's first time before about half of the NFL Owners, let alone any group of them. The City (and the East Bay Entities) have to show it has a stadium plan, as many in the NFL don't believe it does. Mayor
