Here Mayor Dellums talks about the budget but I've got to say KTOP did a terrible job of placing this on YouTube. It was seen 8 times since June 18th until I found it. Also, this represents old media and shows that KTOP really doesn't get what it needs to do to get the mayor's message out.

Terrible KTOP. Just plain bad.
