BART Strike March In Oakland Shut Down Some Streets

BART, the Bay Area Rapid Transit District, held a march in Oakland, and prior to their Thursday night negotiations and planned strike on Sunday. 

As the average BART worker makes over $80,000,  it's hard for this blogger to get behind their reasons for wanting to shut down the system.  There are people in Oakland who would kill for those jobs, and some would argue that happens.
