Bethany Mota is the first YouTube Partner to be on Dancing With The Stars as a contestant. She has over 7 million subscribers and her own fashion brand. All of this and she is just 19 years old. Bethany Mota is part of YouTube's big push to select certain partners and promote them. The dirty little secret is that many of those subscribers and views are bought. Now YouTube is on a push to make the public awareness match the numbers. I say this because prior to Dancing With The Stars there were more people in Oakland who had heard of me than of Bethany Mota. That is not good if you are trying to draw advertisers. I am not hating pn Bethany Mota but trying to tell the truth about how all of this works. Bethany did not really organically grow. She had to have help. It is terrible to know that three are other fashion vloggers on YouTube who feel they will never get their due.
