Gwyneth Paltrow, star of Iron Man, and Goop, or more accurately Gwyneth Paltrow's legs, are the real stars of this Vanity Fair tech photo that was taken at the Code Conference. The Code Conference is Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher's latest incarnation of the tech conference. And, like other tech events of the recent past, the photo implies that it turns a blind eye to the existence of anyone black in tech. The photo has whites, Asians, entertainers who aren't tech like Ryan Seacrest (He can't code! WTF?) and Gwyneth Paltrow's Legs. No one black. Not one person. You'd think Vanity Fair and Walt and Kara would have asked Jimmy Iovine to bring Dr. Dre, right? All of this, when there are blacks, many African Americans, in tech. Horrible.
