Rebecca Kaplan is running around town saying she is goon to win the Oakland Mayor's Race. That is based on three polls which report her as the Election Day winner. But the fact that over 60 percent of those polled are undecided means one thing: Kaplan will lose. Kaplan's poll wins look a lot like those of Amy Lemly. Amy ran for the Oakland City Council District One seat in 2012 and was the clear cut poll winner. It looked like a landslide.
