Oakland Councilmember Rebecca Kaplan (At-Large) is one of two Oakland representatives on the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Joint Powers Authority. She works with fellow Oakland Councilmember Larry Reid and both report to Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Councilmember Kaplan took a few moments from the Tuesday Oakland Coty Council Meeting to talk to Zennie62Media. She gave a positive update on the progress of Coliseum City and the quest to build a stadium for the Oakland Raiders. She also had a powerful message for the National Football League.
