Mark Davis Wants Oakland Raiders In Las Vegas: Would Be NFL's 2nd Lowest Wage City In order to determine the ability of Las Vegas residents to afford an NFL team like the Oakland Raiders, I made a table of average hourly wage for each NFL City Metropolitan Area. I learned that Las Vegas would be only over Green Bay, Wisconsin in average hourly wage at $20.10 versus the NFL average of $24.23 and the Oakland wage of $29.03.
