On NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell And Oakland Raiders, A Note A note to Oakland Raiders fans after my question to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at the conclusion of the NFL Spring League Meeting in Charlotte. The point was that the Raiders and not the NFL have at times acted in ways that, in total, add up to a place where a number of Oakland officials and Alameda County Officials feel they can't trust them. But the question was can or will the league police the teams with respect to the relocation bylaws? That question remains outstanding.
