Oakland Raiders Will Sign Two Non-Relocation Agreements For Las Vegas NFL Stadium According to a well-placed source, the Oakland Raiders will sign not one but two non-Relocation agreements related to the planned NFL Las Vegas Stadium: one for the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and the other for Bank Of America. This is important because without the agreements getting a loan from Bank Of America for a 30-year term would be impossible. It would also make the interest rate for the Stadium Construction Bonds higher than previously anticipated, making the debt service load greater than the revenue stream from the hotel tax could sustain under certain circumstances. Cal Women's Rowing Team member Jill Costello passed away from complications due to lung cancer on June 24th 2010 and at the age of 21. A San Francisco event and run called Jog For Jill has been established and will be held this Sunday, September 12th at 5 PM. Two members of the Cal Women's Crew team were at the Cal vs. Davis football game wearing Jog For Jill shirts, and were kind enough to provide the video interview above.
