I interviewed Joseph Tanios who is running for the Oakland City Council District Four seat currently held by Annie Campbell Washington. The venue: Lakeshore Cafe at 3257 Lakeshore Av in Oakland. Mr. Tanios talked at length about his reasons for running and his 19 years of experience with the City of Oakland Public Works Department. Joseph also talked about the Oakland City Workers Strike, as he is the Manager of Local 21 Supervises and Managers. Stay tuned.
