Marchon Tatmon is a candidate for Mayor of Oakland 2018l, who I just happened to run into at Bacheesos Restaurant on Grand Avenue and Park View Terrace. I happened to be sitting down to lunch, and so he agreed to this livestream interview. The standard format I have is to allow the candidate as much speaking room to get out their platform as possible. We only had a few minutes.
