The Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018 SF was a dramatic success, and according to sources, over 123,000 people came to watch rugby sevens in a new format. But who make the food for the winning All-Blacks and Black Ferns and the other 40 competing teams? Oakland's Nybll, lead by its co-founder Chef Kristen Thibeault, created amazing and healthy food dishes. On the Saturday this vlog was made, Chef Kristen Thibeault said they made... 3200 meals, and served 470 lbs chicken, 470 lbs salmon, 600 lbs tri-tip, 16 cases (640 lbs) sweet potatoes, 400 smoothies, 240 rotisserie chickens (in addition to jerk chicken). That totals to 1.5 lbs of meat per person! Stay tuned.
