Oakland Hip Hop Legend LiL P, Of Oaktown 357, On Fantastic Voyage Cruise I just met “Lil P” (Phyllis Charles) of Oaktown 357 thanks to Jim Copes, at his “Old School Copes” booth near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Lil P is an Oakland Hip Hop Legend who paired with MC Hammer to make some of America’s best and trend setting sounds. “Terrible T” and “Sweet LD” paired with Lil P to make history. Known for hits like “Juicy Gotcha Krazy”, they produced culturally path breaking music from 1989 to 1991. Lil P has an announced that Oaktown 357 will be part of Tom Joyner’s Fantastic Voyage Cruise! It’s her first time and wants MC Hammer and everyone to know the news! Stay tuned.
