Mr. Kennedy reported that he represented Whole Foods Markets, who is proposing a 30,061 square foot grocery store on the ground floor of the new and unfinished mixed-use building located at 5110 Telegraph in Oakland. He reports that a "conditional use permit" application has been filed with the City Of Oakland Planning and Zoning Department (Yes, the same one that called the police on a harmless former Oakland politician named Wilson Riles and for being a big, smart, black guy). Mr. Kennedy writes that you can review the application numbered PLN18-531 on the 2nd Floor of 250 Frank Ogawa Plaza, the City Administration Building next to Oakland City Hall, which is at 1 Frank Ogawa Plaza.
