Las Vegas Raiders Get Occupancy Approval? By: Joseph Armendariz . The Las Vegas Raiders were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy which would allow the Raiders to come in to the building and officially inspect the building as well as possibly allow for Furnishings to be put into offices and in the stadium suites. This does not mean that the building is ready to host events or fans for games it is just a formality to inspect and to finalize what needs to be completed. I also updated information with regards to ADA accessible entrances.
