Oakland Athletics and MLB News - A’s Radio, COVID-19, and Double-Header Rules - Video
The first week of the shortened MLB season could very well be the last, Commissioner Rob Manfred reports. Nineteen Miami Marlins personnel and two Milwaukee Brewers personnel test positive for COVID-19. Several games have been cancelled/postponed. These positive tests have caused MLB and the players union to quickly put together new rules for double-headers to make up these games. That’s IF the season continues long enough. Oakland A’s offense and starting pitching have struggled in these first six games. They take on the Seattle Mariners, tonight, in Seattle. Radio and audio streaming of all future games will be broadcast on the iHeartRadio app and in 960 AM in the Bay Area.
