Barbara Boxer Assault Update: Car Spotted In Downtown Oakland Police Tracked To San Francisco A friend of mine gave a tip that the getaway car had two people, the driver white and the passenger black, and was spotted by someone on the street in Chinatown at a red light on Webster. The passenger side window was down but the car drove off before a photo could be made. However the Oakland Police were notified about the car, and tracked it via helicopter to San Francisco. They lost track of the car in San Francisco only to later find it abandoned. But the crime has the mark of what happened at 3200 Lakeshore, where a man was caught on camera smashing the windows of two hatchback cars in front of Chase Bank. The license of the dark blue Lexus did not match that car but a new model Hyundai hatchback. Stay tuned.
