U.S Soccer HQ Move From Chicago To Fayette Co. Georgia Brings 440 Jobs $228 Mil Economic Impact While Oakland takes its slow time in using the Coliseum to develop a sports industry presence (doing a moonwalk losing four professional sports teams), Fayette County, Georgia moves forward with U.S. Soccer. U.S. Soccer has announced that it’s moving its headquarters from Chicago to Fayette County, Georgia. The move will bring 440 jobs and a $228 million economic impact to Fayette County, which also is host to Trillith Studios, one of the largest movie- making facilities in the World. California and Oakland need to wake up and see what’s happening around it. The World is moving past it at a fast pace. It’s time to catch up. Stay tuned.
