Dozens of people are dead after an Israeli airstrike on a United Nations school compound in Gaza on Thursday. The IDF said it "targeted" up to 30 Hamas and Islamic Jihad fighters. Health officials noted that several women and children were among those who were killed. Video footage showed Palestinians hauling away bodies and scores of injured in a hospital in the aftermath. A U.N. spokesperson condemned the attack, calling it "another horrific example of the price that civilians are paying."
