FBI Raid Aftermath: Photo Has Andre Jones In Oakland Mayor' Sheng Thao Office Virtual Staff Meeting

FBI Raid Aftermath: Photo Has Andre Jones In Oakland Mayor's Office Virtual Staff Meeting As Sheng Thao Says He's Not Involved In the wake of the FBI Raid on Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, the Mayor has consistently said that Andre Jones, her partner and boyfriend of 10 years, did not work for the Mayor, or have a presence of any kind in the Mayor's Office. Mayor Thao made those statements to the mainstream media, thinking that they would not bother to dig for the truth. And she's right. But Zennie62Media has photos that place Andre Jones at the Mayor's Office starting at 11 AM and up to 1:30 PM. Zennie62Media's photog at the Oakland City Hall was hiding in plain site, sitting on the steps as Andre walked back and forth, in and out of the office. Andre even changed clothes in the office. And of course, Mr. Jones walked up and out of the elevator with the family dog - which he left in the office when he departed. The dog was not alone; our photographer said Sheng was there. Moreover, our photog was told there was an emergency closed session meeting that had a "full quorum". That means the Mayor was there. But with that, Mayor Thao still tosses out the idea that Andre Jones was never in a meeting or working with the Mayor and her staff in any way. Well, Ms. Mayor, Zennie62Media has the goods again! Here's the photo directly from Andre Jones' phone and of a January 13th, 2023 3:29 PM meeting that features Sheng Thao's aide and alleged doer of Internet tricks Brandon Harami and Chief of Staff Leigh Hanson. You can't get more official than that. The meeting was one of the first to get the staff together after Sheng was sworn in and before the Inauguration. The gathering had to be the first for Chief of Staff Leigh Hanson, because her predecessor Renia Webb quit on New Year's Eve 2022, and because she accused Andre Jones of both verbal and physical abuse of her and of Mayor Thao. Indeed, Renia Webb was so triggered by the news that Brandon Harami was joining Sheng's Mayoral Staff that she sent a set of explosive text messages to myself and Seneca Scott simultaneously. Webb wanted the "mainstream media" to get the texts, forgetting that Zennie62Media's reach is considerable on its own. What will Sheng say about this photo? Stay tuned.

Oakland Mayor's Race: LWV Forum Draws Oakland's Older Folks

Oakland Mayor's Race Forum first take. (Which means, there's going to be more of these posts on last night, because a lot was happening.) This just in: The Oakland Tribune's out of touch with Oakland. A number of attendees of the 450 estimated said they learned of the Oakland League Of Women Voters via "the newspaper." All of the people who made that statement were over 50 years old. Still, the forum, which attracted every candidate except Dr. Terrance Candell, was a success. The auditorium at 300 Lakeside Drive seats 380 people, so if you do the math, it was about 70 over capacity. The crowd was a happy mix of supporters of candidates and long-time observers of the Oakland political scene. The one complaint they had was there wasn't enough time to hear what the candidates were about. That wasn't because there were too many candidates, but due to the format. Either Oakland Tribune Editor Martin Reynolds or the League of Women Voter
