NO Oakland EMP can move Forward without Needa Bee’s Signature of APPROVAL. This Authority was given to Needa for successfully Suing Oakland and its EMP, and PREVAILING over Oakland’s EMP , and Proven Falsehoods to Alameda County Superior Courts.
