City of Fayetteville Fire Department | October Training

🔥 REALISTIC TRAINING. REAL-WORLD READINESS. 🚒 What does it take to be ready when every second counts? Training, teamwork, and a whole lot of hard work! Last week, our Fayetteville firefighters had the opportunity to take their training beyond the fire station and into a real-world environment at 285 Beauregard Boulevard. From advancing through smoke-filled conditions to working together to tackle challenging scenarios, our crews spent three days sharpening their skills and building the teamwork they depend on when it matters most. 🎥 Now, here's a little behind-the-scenes look at what they've been up to! These are the moments our community doesn't always get to see, but they're an important part of keeping our firefighters prepared and ready to answer the call. And can we take a minute to brag on our Communications Team?! They do an incredible job capturing the people, the moments, and the hard work that often happens behind the scenes. Their creativity and talent help us share our story with the community, and this video is another great example of just how good they are at what they do! We sure appreciate them! A big thank-you to everyone who helped make this training possible and to our community for your patience and support while our crews were hard at work. The work doesn't stop when the calls slow down. That's when the training begins. https://ift.tt/m2p8EYT
